• Implementation of QMS at site like conducting internal audits & Management Review Meetings.

Qualifications: BE Civil

Experience: 5-10years

Profile: Graduate Civil Engineer with ability to interpret drawings and Prepare BOQ, Rate analysis , Estimating budget, Cost monitoring & control ,Preparation of Periodic Valuations , Final Bill, Sub-Contract Agreement / Work orders and Evaluation / Certification of Sub contractors bills and claims, Preparation of reconciliation statement and material calculations, Assess the effect of the changes on Cost & Time for submission of claims, Identify and establish proposed and actual scope changes, conduct negotiation on scope, Preparation of Monthly Cost report to be submitted to the management.

Position: Planning Engineer

Experience: 7 -12 years of work experience in industrial Construction (Cement / Refineries / Power / Steel Plant)

Profile:

• Scheduling / Costing, Monitoring weekly and Monthly basis.
  
  
• Co-ordinating with Client for progress and Billing ( Invoice).
  
  
• Development of Catch-up plans and revision of schedules to catch-up delays as per the project requirement.
  
  
• Development of WBS, Functional schedules and S curves for Progress measurement system and getting approvals from Client / PMC.
  
  
• Co-ordination between Engineering & Procurement and Site for smooth functioning of drawing/document and Smooth Completion of Projects.
  
  
• Updating of Primavera working Schedules.
  
  
• Planning Supervising, coordination and controlling construction and erection activities at site, Including that of sub-Contractors.

Position: Site Engineer

• Execute & to supervise the day-to-day entrusted maintenance activity per the approved plans complying with all quality requirements.
  
  
• Execute Equipment operational work at site as per the project plan, ensure compliance with safety norms, and minimize wastage.
  
  
• Workout maintenance and operational schedule and important works for all equipments as OEM requirements.
  
  
• Calculation, costing and job report preparation for all equipment related.
  
  
• Plan & control of spares & accessories inventory.
  
  
• Ensure proper utilization of resources.

Position: Safety Engineer / Officer

Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma Engineer/ BSc. with PG Diploma in Industrial Safety

Experience: 5-10 years of work experience in industrial Construction (Cement / Refineries / Power / Steel Plant)

Profile:

• Must be Conversant about safety requirements of Industrial and Infrastructure projects.
  
  
• Must be able to implement HSE guidelines throughout the project.
  
  
• Candidate with exposure in ISO14001 & OSHAS 18001 would be preferred.
